We took our kids here and they had such a fun time. There was so much for them to look at, and the touch areas were definitely a big hit. It was easy to walk around as a family and didn’t feel stressful, which I really appreciated. The staff we spoke with were nice too. There was one small situation that left us a bit disappointed, so I do feel like an apology or at least some acknowledgment would be fair. Overall though, the kids loved it and we’ll probably be back again...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the staff were really friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. They answered my questions and made the visit easy overall...

I was in a relaxed mood when we visited, and getting around with the stroller was easier than I expected. Most areas were accessible, and the stroller fit just fine everywhere we needed to go.

The ticket prices felt reasonable, especially since we had the kids with us. I went in thinking we’d be there for a bit, but we ended up staying way longer than I expected and never felt rushed. There was plenty to look at, and the hands-on stuff kept everyone in a good mood. We left feeling like it was totally worth it and would definitely go back

The gift shop was cute. Lots of fun little things to look at. Snacks were just okay though. Basic. A bit pricey too. Staff was nice enough. I just wish they had more snack options.

I was happy with what I saw. The tanks looked clean to me, and the staff genuinely seemed like they cared about the animals. From my perspective, the animals looked healthy and well looked after

We went mainly for the animal encounters, the parts I remember most are the kids laughing while feeding and petting the animals. A couple of the staff were really nice and took time to explain things, though I vaguely remember a few moments where we felt rushed along. Some areas were crowded, and I think the cleanliness was a little hit or miss, but that part didn’t stick with me as much as the kids having fun. It was a decent way to spend an hour or two, but I’m not totally sure I’d say it was worth paying full price.

We had a decent time at East Idaho Aquarium, and the kids were totally into seeing the animals, so that part was cool. But a few areas looked messy, like someone just said “eh, good enough” and wandered off. Kind of a slob move, if you ask me.

Some of the tanks really needed to be wiped down, and the floors had spots that looked like they hadn’t been checked in a while. It was still a fun visit overall, but the place could seriously use better upkeep so it doesn’t feel so dingy

The kids had a great time, so that was definitely the best part. The event room was fine, nothing amazing, and it did feel a little crowded once everyone was in there. I just wish the whole setup took less effort on our end because it felt like we were constantly having to organize or figure things out ourselves. Overall, fun party, but not exactly stress-free

I took my kids here they ended up learning way more than I thought they would. The touch tanks were probably their favorite part, and the staff did a great job explaining the animals in a way that was simple enough for my younger one to follow. I’m guessing they must get a lot of school groups or kids visiting, because they seemed really good at keeping things easy and interesting.
It wasn’t just one of those places where you walk around, look at fish, and leave. We ended up talking about habitats, sharks, birds, and why it’s important to be gentle with animals. It made for a really nice family day, and I’d say it sneaks in some learning without the kids realizing it.

Getting there was simple, and parking wasn’t a headache at all. It’s just nice when you don’t have to circle around forever looking for a spot, especially when you’re already trying to...

The aquarium was actually bigger than I expected. But not in an overwhelming way. Just a nice size where you feel like there’s plenty to see, without feeling totally lost. The layout was easy to follow with kids, which I really appreciated. Rooms flowed well, and there was enough space to stop and look without being in everyone’s way. Really nice visit overall.

The kids just loved seeing all the different tanks and animals. There was so much to look at, and it made for a really fun visit.

We had a really nice time here as a family. The kids seemed to love feeding the fish, and the staff were super friendly when we had a few questions. It’s definitely not a huge aquarium, but we ended up spending more time there than I thought we would. Overall, a fun little visit.

We went on a Saturday and I’m telling you, it was packed beyond belief. The tanks were genuinely really cool, no question, but the crowds made it tough to fully enjoy because we waited in lines forever and some areas were basically impossible to see properly. The staff was nice enough, so that helped. I’d definitely consider going again, but 100% on a weekday next time
